24–48hr standard turnaround · evening & weekend attendances · serving Wolverhampton and core WV postcodes
Direct service pathways for law firms, commercial landlords, and individual litigants without hidden fees.
Send the paperwork, destination postcode, and recipient profile directly to us. We issue your flat rate quotation and dispatch window within hours.
Our practitioners manage up to two physical visits. We heavily leverage out-of-hours, late evening, and weekend times to avoid evasive recipients.
You receive your formal Certificate of Service anchored by time, date, and GPS coordinate tracking logs returned straight to your inbox.
We build our delivery files to survive technical cross-examination in court. Every serve comes with an absolute verification trail.
A structured legal document recording the exact mode of service, completely backed by a signed statement of truth from the dispatching handler.
High-resolution imagery detailing the letterbox placement or physical asset handover, complete with secure camera time-metadata tags.
A chronological record mapping out every attempt made at the target property, proving absolute due diligence if alternative service is required.
If the recipient attempts to contest service at a subsequent hearing, comprehensive formal witness statements are rapidly generated.
Upfront, non-negotiable prices that insulate your budget from mounting hourly travel rates.
Operating right on the cusp of Wolverhampton's primary transit links, our practitioners cross city boundaries daily to deliver high-stakes litigation papers.
Certify Serve was founded by Jupinderjit S Dhillon, a solicitor of England & Wales with over 15 years in legal practice. That's why every certificate is built the way a court expects to see it — because he's spent a career on the side of the courtroom that has to rely on the proof.
What we do — and don't. Certify Serve provides document delivery and evidence of service only. We do not advise on the validity, drafting or legal effect of any document, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Certify Serve is not a solicitors' practice and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Who we are. Certify Serve is the trading name of Jupinderjit S Dhillon, a sole trader based in Walsall, England, and the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact for any data query: hello@certifyserve.co.uk.
What we collect and why. If you instruct us or enquire, we collect your name and contact details to respond, quote, and perform the contract between us. In the course of serving documents we process the recipient's name, service address, and timestamped photographs taken at the point of service. We process recipient data on the basis of our legitimate interests — providing independent evidence that legal documents were served — and photographs are limited to the property and documents at the point of delivery.
How long we keep it. Attendance records, certificates and supporting photographs are retained for six years from the date of service, reflecting limitation periods for related proceedings. Enquiry data that doesn't lead to an instruction is deleted within 12 months.
Who we share it with. Your evidence pack is shared with you as the instructing client, and may be provided to a court or tribunal if service is disputed. Our enquiry form is processed by Formspree, Inc. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing to served recipients.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing hello@certifyserve.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
